Such an awesome gym, I have been looking for a Bodybuilding and hard training focused Gym in Westchester and this was the perfect spot . The first time I trained at Brewster Powerhouse, I fell in love with the gym, they got top tier equipment a lot of new nautilus machines everything has a cool blue theme. In addition the choice by the new owner to remove a lot of cardio equipment and put weight training machines was a great choice on their behalf. The staff are very sociable, friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. great sups to buy in the front of the Gym, If considering wether to come just go its worth it. day pass are $15 if anyone was wondering.

I love it. A great gym for bodybuilders and the fitness minded at any level. Staff is terrific and the gym members act with appropriate gym etiquette. And, the club is always clean and in good repair. Great sound system with lively club music. Just an all-around great place to workout.

Great family owned gym! I have been going since 2018. Being opened 24/7 is a huge convenience.They recently updated their Sound-system, HVAC, and bathrooms.They’re currently replacing most of their old equipment with brand new models! It has everything I need to train.I would definitely recommend them to anyone, wanting to better their health, or modify their physique.

Absolutely love Powerhouse gym Brewster. You can tell that the owner Paul loves and cares about his gym, which has the employees show love and attention to the gym than that passes on to having a great gym culture of members. The only complaint I have about the gym is I can't get to it regularly and have to go to one closer to work. This really allows me to see and appreciate the amazing gym culture powerhouse has.These photos are taken roughly 6 months apart. There's truly something amazing about the dumbbells being nearly organized every time you go.

I have never been to a gym. Like some people, I watched several YouTube videos and followed the exercises. I continue to fail to lose weight and maintain a healthier lifestyle. I needed a different approach. So, I decided to join Powerhouse Gym in Brewster, NY, where I met Mr. Chuck Lake. He is a certified personal trainer who listened to my health goals and the difficulties I encountered that made me fail numerous times. As a novice, Chuck made me feel welcome. I found Powerhouse Gym accommodating since it has an inclusive atmosphere. Chuck keeps my exercises challenging while educating me on nutrition and healthier habits. He ensures that I keep the correct form during workouts to avoid injury. His positive demeanor enables to encourage me. Powerhouse Gym and Chuck are integral to pursuing a healthier and better version of myself. Thank you for keeping me on the right track.

Best gym around. Staff is wonderful, owners are wonderful, super friendly environment. They sell supplements, fresh made protein shakes. If you are looking to improve you health and body, this is the place to be. Not those commercial gyms that just sell you a membership.

Powerhouse is the best gym in the area. It always feels super clean and I even see a cleaning crew come through every morning i’m there. It’s simple to get signed up and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The gym also has a great atmosphere of people saying hello to eachother, encouraging eachother and just being overall friendly and kind. Plus it is open 24/7 so you never have to worry about it closing if you have a late night at work or not being open if you want to get an early start for the day. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone in the area.
